Super simple healthy recipe: pan-fried shrimp with mango to treat yourself

Ingredients for 4 people:

In the kitchen: 10 min + 10 min cooking time

  • 200 g of shrimps
  • 1 mango
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • salt
  • pepper

The preparation

Slice the onion in a pan. Add the olive oil. Salt and pepper.

Cook for 10 minutes over low heat, covered. The onion should be cooked. Add the shrimp and the mango cut into cubes.

Let it heat for 2-3 minutes.

Serve with green salad or lamb's lettuce.
