Healthy recipe: Asparagus flan

Special recipe for this asparagus season!
Ingredients for 6 people:
In the kitchen: 20 min + 45 min cooking time
- 200g green asparagus
- 50 g feta
- 50cl of liquid cream 4% fat
- 4 eggs
- 30g margarine
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of pepper
The preparation
Wash the asparagus and cut off the fibrous part. Then cut them into pieces.
Steam them for 15 minutes. Pour the asparagus into the blender bowl then add the feta, liquid cream and eggs. Add salt and pepper, then blend well.
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Butter a mold and pour the mixture into it. Bake in a bain-marie for about 30 minutes. Unmold the flan. Serve immediately.
