Healthy recipe: light pizza on a cauliflower base

Ingredients for 1 pizza:
In the kitchen: 15 min + 35 min cooking time
For the dough:
- 500g of cauliflower
- 1 egg
- Salt and pepper
- Oregano
For the filling:
- Tomato sauce
- Vegetables in choice for the filling
- A little mozzarella
Preparation:
Cut the cauliflower very finely. Ideally, blend it to make a semolina.
Place the cauliflower semolina in a clean tea towel and squeeze out the water.
In a bowl, add an egg, salt, pepper and oregano. Mix the ingredients to obtain a dough and spread it with your fingers. (5mm thick)
Bake the dough for 20 minutes at 180°C.
Once the dough is nicely browned, add the topping: tomato sauce, vegetables and cheese. Put the pizza back in the oven for 15 minutes, still at 180°C.
