Super simple recipe to treat yourself: ham flan
INGREDIENTS for 4 people
- A few sprigs of chives
- Salt and pepper from the mill
- 4 slices of Aubel ham (smoked)
- 120g grated cheese
- 5 dl of milk
- 6 eggs
Beat the eggs into an omelette, add the milk then the grated cheese, salt, pepper and add the ham and finely chopped chives.
Pour into large, buttered ovenproof ramekins. Serve hot.
