Healthy green recipe: Crunchy broccoli

Super simple recipe for a change from steamed broccoli!
Ingredients for 4 people:
In the kitchen: 15 min + 30 min cooking
- 2 heads of broccoli cut into small florets
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- 3 tablespoons sunflower oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 clove of garlic
- Salt, pepper
Preparation:
To begin, I boil a large volume of salted water in a saucepan.
I add the broccoli florets and remove them when the water starts boiling again.
I then quickly pass them under cold water to stop the cooking.
I peel and finely chop the garlic clove.
In a bowl, I combine the liquid honey, sunflower oil, soy sauce, garlic, salt and pepper.
I mix well.
Then I spread a sheet of parchment paper on a baking sheet, and I arrange the broccoli florets without them overlapping.
Using a brush, I coat the broccoli heads with the sauce and put in the oven at 180° for 30 minutes.
Extra tip: when it comes out of the oven, I sprinkle with sesame seeds!
