Don't worry, this welcome mat pack is for you. At an affordable price, this pack will allow you to practice at home.

The pack is composed of :

• a standard 4mm PVC mat, 183 x 60, non-slip, recommended for non-intensive personal use, PVC mat free of AZO dyes, 6 P free, machine washable at 30° weight 1.1 kg
  

• an EVA foam block ( Ethylen Vinyl Acetat = cellular rubber) , 220 mm x 110 mm x 66 mm , 220 gr, yoga pose support, designed for poses such as Trikonasana, Mayurasana and the bridge (Setu Bandha Sarvangasana)
• a cotton strap that helps hold breaks longer (2.5m x 38mm)

It is available in 6 colors

Note that perspiration and humidity can limit the adhesion of the mat because the PVC material, due to its structure, does not absorb liquids.
