I am French-Argentine, I discovered yoga when I arrived in France 20 years ago.

I followed a rather intellectual university course. A few years ago I began to take a close interest in reiki and magnetism, which led me to deepen the practice of meditation. Then a stay in Japan further propelled me towards training to become a Hatha yoga and Restorative yoga instructor. In addition to this, I am training as a Neuro-linguistic Programming Master. The circle is almost complete because we never stop learning and evolving if we wish.

Today, I keep the baggage of all my training to share what yoga brings: well-being through better self-knowledge.

It was only natural that I asked him a few personal questions about his yoga practice, which I am sharing with you today.

How did you get into taking care of yourself?

I learned that when you feel good you are on the right path, if it is the opposite, questions arise. This is what happened 15 years ago…. A different path opened up before me.

What practice for your well-being?

Restorative Yoga and hatha yoga according to the desire and need of the day. 20 minutes every morning are necessary and essential for me to start the day.

What is the ritual of your practice?

A few stretches, a few sun salutations and the practice of pranayama, conscious breathing being for me the key to success.

What do you get out of it?

Determining how the day will be is the intention of our thoughts that guides everything.

What do you carry in your yoga bag?

Comfortable clothing. I love the material of my SHAKTI Yoga Searcher Yoga Pants because it allows me to be comfortable… without limits.

What is your favorite object/accessory?

A candle, the company of light

What would be your advice for Tayrona Yoginis?

Breathe mindfully

Where/how do you practice?

Every morning between 7:30 and 8:30 at home watching the sun rise.

What is your mantra/favourite phrase?

Where there's a will there's a way and So Hum (I am)
