Tuna and oat bran cake, 131 kcal/ portion

Ingredients: 4 people

  • 400 g tuna in brine
  • 50 g black olive

  • 80 g oat bran

  • 80 g tomato sauce or tomato coulis

  • 4 eggs

  • herbs of Provence

  • salt

  • pepper

Instructions :

  • In a bowl, pour the oat bran, eggs and tomato sauce.
  • Then add the previously drained and crumbled tuna to the container. And finally the drained and halved black olives. Season with salt, pepper and herbes de Provence. Mix everything together.
  • Pour into a previously oiled mold and pour the mixture into the mold. Bake for 50 minutes to 1 hour at 180°C in fan mode, unmold onto a plate and serve immediately.
You can enjoy it with vegetables or a small salad
