Bircher muesli with organic sheep's milk yogurt, 110 kcal per portion
Ingredients :
- 150 g organic sheep's milk yogurt

60 ml oat milk

45 g homemade muesli with fruit

5 ml coconut syrup
Instructions :
- To make a bircher muesli, take an old jam jar or a jar of the same type. Then pour your organic yogurt of choice, with the oat milk.
- Then add the homemade muesli made according to the recipe on the blog and don't forget the coconut syrup or other syrup of your choice. Close the jar and shake it then enjoy it immediately or the next day.
Tips:
- Just like homemade muesli, prepare this homemade bircher muesli with flakes, dried fruits and oilseeds of your choice. For the yogurt, choose good natural yogurts with organic whole milk, it is much better.
- Finally, for milk you can also choose almond, coconut or rice milk.
- It's then up to you to adapt the sweetener of your choice by adding honey, syrup or whole sugar or even fruit powder.
