Gluten-free Turkey Blanquette with Goat Cheese 220 kcal / portion

Ingredients: 3 people

  • 630 ml oat, almond or rice milk
  • 550 g turkey or chicken

  • 320 g yellow onion

  • 280 g mushroom

  • 190 g broccoli

  • 185 g soy cream

  • 180 g carrots

  • 140 g cauliflower

  • 20 g vegetable broth

  • parsley

  • Goat

Instructions :

  • Peel and slice the onions. Brown them in a pot with olive oil. Then add the turkey pieces and brown them just until golden. Then set them aside.

  • At this point add the broccoli and cauliflower cut into small florets. Then the mushrooms cut into pieces as well and the peeled and cut carrots. Mix and brown your vegetables over medium heat for 5 minutes.

  • Pour the chosen milk with the vegetable broth, mix and cover the pot. Stir from time to time and simmer over low heat for 20 minutes.

  • Once your vegetables are soft, add the pieces of turkey cooked previously with the cream. Mix.

  • Once the turkey is cooked through, serve immediately with grated sheep's cheese on top and parsley.
