healthy recipe: banana brownie

Banana brownie 121 kcal/per serving
Ingredients: 4 people
- 3 eggs

100 g T80 wheat flour

210 g banana flesh

100 g dark chocolate

70 g peanut butter

salt
Instructions :
- Peel and mash the bananas. Pour them into a bowl with the eggs and peanut butter. Mix between each addition.

Then pour in the flour and salt. And add the roughly chopped chocolate. Mix between each and pour the mixture into a brownie mold. Then bake the cake at 180°C for 15 minutes. It should remain soft.

Once cooked, let it cool for 5 minutes, cut into portions and enjoy. Tip
- Peanut butter can be replaced by another nut butter. If you don't have any, replace it with extra banana, but it won't taste as good, will it?
It is possible to replace half of the flour with oat flour or completely replace the T80 flour with T110 or T150 flour.
