Healthy Recipe: Chicken Garam Masala

Chicken GARAM MASALA 87 kcal one portion
Ingredients :

300 g chicken fillet
- 265 ml soy cream
- 200 g brown rice
- 70 g mountain honey
- 60 g onion
- 10 ml lemon juice
- 1 clove of garlic
- ginger
- paprika
- cumin
- garam masala
Instructions :
Cook brown rice in boiling water in twice as much water as its volume for 40-50 minutes.
- Then peel and slice the onion and garlic and brown them in olive oil. Then add the chicken cut into pieces. And brown it. Then set it aside, keeping the rest in the pan.
- Pour the soy cream, lemon juice and honey into the pan. Mix.
- Then add the spices according to your taste. Personally I added 1 tsp per spice. Mix.
- Return the chicken pieces to the pan and simmer everything. Finally, serve the spiced chicken with the rice and enjoy immediately.
Tips:
- It is possible to add seasonal vegetables with this recipe for fiber, vitamins and minerals. The soy cream can be replaced with coconut milk.
- Honey can be replaced with peanut butter.
