Super simple recipe to treat yourself!
INGREDIENTS for 1 person:
- 40 grams of oat flakes
- 1 apple
- 1 egg white
- 3 tablespoons of milk (vegetable or animal)
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder
- 1 small handful of raisins
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
Wash, peel and cut the apple into small pieces.
In a bowl, beat the egg white, add the milk and the oat flakes. Mix.
Add the rest of the ingredients. Mix
Microwave for 3 minutes.
Unmold the bowl onto a plate. You can serve it with apple slices all around.
