Super simple recipe to treat yourself!

Ingredients for 6 people:

  • 250g flour
  • 50g agave syrup
  • 2 tablespoons baking powder
  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 25cl of 4% fat cream
  • 2 tablespoons of milk
  • 2 eggs

Preheat the oven to 165°C. Mix the flour with the agave syrup, baking powder. Add the mashed bananas, as well as the cream and milk.

Beat until smooth. Add the eggs and mix well.

Grease the bottom of a cake tin and pour in the batter. Bake at 170°C for 55 to 60 minutes (check cooking)
