Make little pots of chocolate cream to treat yourself without feeling guilty!

Super simple recipe to treat yourself!

Ingredients for 4 people:

In the kitchen: 10 min + 10 min cooking time

  • 27 g of cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp chocolate powder
  • 54 cl of semi-skimmed milk
  • 14 cl of liquid cream with 4% fat
  • 80g of baking chocolate

The preparation

Mix the cornstarch, cocoa with 10 cl of cold milk in a salad bowl.

Mix the remaining milk and the liquid cream in a saucepan then add the previous preparation. Boil and stir constantly until thickened.

Off the heat, add the chopped chocolate and stir until melted.

Pour the cream into jars and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
