For 2 steaks
In the kitchen: 15 min + 50 min cooking time
- 4 fillets of cod
- 3 and a half eggs
- 20cl of liquid light cream
- 20cl of tomato coulis
- 40g of light grated cheese
- Salt, pepper
The preparation
Cook the cod for 10 minutes in court-bouillon. Drain.
In a salad bowl, crumble the fish, add the eggs, cream, tomato coulis and grated cheese. Add salt and pepper and mix.
Oil a cake tin and pour in the mixture.
Bake for 40 minutes at 150°C.
Serve very cold.
