Super simple recipe to treat yourself!

Ingredients for 4 people:

In the kitchen: 10 min + 60 min cooking time

  • 2 cooked beets
  • 2 yogurts
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • A few mint leaves

The preparation

Peel 2 small cooked beets, cut them into pieces and mix them with the 2 yogurts until you obtain a smooth and fluid mixture. Add salt, pepper and sprinkle with mint. Serve very cold.

It also works: by replacing the cooked beets with 6 carrots or 3 large parsnips that we have cooked in water. So we swap the mint leaves for coriander sprigs. And for even more taste, we take goat or sheep yogurts.
