Healthy recipe: Light apple pie

Light Apple Pie, 130 kcal per portion
Ingredients:
- 150g oat bran 50g wholemeal flour 1 pinch of salt
- 6 apples
- 2 tbsp agave or maple syrup
- 1 lemon
- 1 pinch of cinnamon for those who like it!
- 100g butter or 50g coconut oil and 50g vegetable butter
Instructions :
Preparation: 40 minutes - Cooking: 40 minutes at 180°
→ Mix the oat bran, flour, butter and pinch of salt until you obtain a smooth and homogeneous dough, to spread on a sheet of baking paper.
→ Peel 2 apples and cut them into pieces, cook them with a little water and the cinnamon until they are tender (15 min) – mix -
→ Peel the remaining apples and cut them into regular slices, add lemon juice so that they do not turn black.
→ Preheat the oven, roll out the dough, fill the mold with compote + cold apple, sprinkle with agave syrup, bake for about 30 min.
