Super simple healthy recipe: salmon and konjac poké bowl to treat yourself

What is KONJAC?

A seaweed that has two exceptional virtues! They are filling and empty calories (no Kcal)!

Discover this super trendy dish from Hawaii that has recently become a must-have in the kitchen. You know raw salmon in sushi, sashimi or other Asian delicacies, taste it in this bowl! Our light version is based on konjac, very few calories in this healthy, exotic and simply ... delicious recipe!

The recipe

  •  In a small bowl, mix rice vinegar, konjac, hemp or olive oil, soy sauce.
  • Marinate the raw salmon, cut into cubes, with a tablespoon of sesame seeds for 15 minutes, place in the refrigerator
  • Rinse the KONJAC well and cook for 2 minutes in a saucepan filled with water. Drain well and pour into a large bowl.
  • Cut the mango into very small pieces and leave to marinate for 10 minutes with lime.
  • On the rice, arrange the cucumber strips, the thinly sliced ​​radishes, the watercress shoots, the avocado slices and then the salmon.
  • Add a dash of peach jam. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and chia seeds.
