Super simple healthy recipe: Mexican salad to treat yourself
Ingredients for 4 people:
In the kitchen: 10 min
- 1 bulb of fennel
- 2 clementines
- 15 cg radish
- 1 tablespoon pomegranate seeds
- 1 red onion
- 1 lime
- 1/2 bunch of coriander
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
The preparation
Cut the clementines into quarters and remove the white skin.
Clean the fennel and radishes, slice them and place them in a salad bowl with the pomegranate seeds.
Pass the peeled onion through a mandolin over the salad bowl, add the clementine segments and the coriander leaves.
Pour the lemon juice into the salad bowl, stir, add the oil, mix.
