Healthy recipe: chocolate, honey and chia seed pudding
INGREDIENTS
Put the milk, cocoa, honey and chia in a blender bowl, mix everything for 15 seconds, speed 4
Pour your preparation into glasses and place them in the refrigerator
After 1 hour, take them out and stir the mixture in the glasses with a fork.
Then leave them in the fridge for 6 hours or overnight before tasting them.
You can add some chocolate chips or sprinkle with cocoa.
