1. In Metropolitan France, Andorra, Monaco:

We offer 4 delivery methods:

- Relay Point Delivery - free from 60€ purchase - delivery time J +3 days

- Basic Delivery - paid - delivery time J + 5 days

- Standard deliveries - paid - delivery time J + 2 days

- Express Delivery - paid D+1

Free delivery to a Relay point is only valid for mainland France, Andorra and Monaco (excluding French overseas departments and territories), for orders over €60 including tax.

Beyond 7 kg, D&G Partners applies a scale according to the final weight of the order.

You can find out the amount of the delivery costs when finalizing your order when you view your basket.

Tayrona items are sent to you by our Cubyn platform. When your order leaves our warehouse you will receive a tracking number by email. You can track the progress of your order with the Cubyn link that will appear in your order confirmation email.

During school holidays and when prefectures regulate truck traffic on weekends, there may be a delay in delivery times because trucks cannot circulate.

Packages are shipped every day from our logistics platform from 5:00 p.m. for orders placed before 7:00 a.m., the same day.

Then, you have to take into account the delivery time depending on the delivery option chosen.

2. International delivery and DOM TOM

Tayrona Yoga delivers to all countries of the European Union and Switzerland, with Rates are calculated according to the weight of the order and the delivery option chosen. An invoice accompanies the package for customs formalities.

Track your package

How to order?

If you have an account, simply log in and enter your email address and password.

If you have not yet created your account, simply fill in the fields specifying your name, first name, address, telephone number and save your contact details.

Be sure to reread and, above all, check the delivery address and your email address. Because the latter will be used to send you confirmation of your order as well as the Colissimo tracking number for sending your order.

You also have the option to choose guest mode (your details are not saved).

How do I know where my order is?

When you order and when the payment has been validated, we send you a confirmation email with a summary of your order.

Then when your order is shipped, we send you a shipping confirmation email with the Cubyn tracking number. This link will inform you precisely of the progress of the delivery.

Returns

All our products are guaranteed Satisfaction or Refund.

1. Right of withdrawal

Within 30 days of receiving the order, the Customer may request the return or exchange of the Product(s), provided that they are in their original packaging and, for carpets, unopened and unused. A photo of the carpets may be requested.

To do this, the Customer must first make a return or exchange request by email (contact@tayronalife.com).

2. Non-compliant product

The return request must be made within 14 days from the date of receipt of the package.

The product must be new in its original packaging (please do not use the original packaging as packaging for the parcel). The product must be returned with the original labels (barcodes).

If this concerns a product quality problem, or a non-compliant product, we will send you a pre-paid and pre-filled label by email for the postage costs to be covered by our company (for mainland France) or we will reimburse you for the advanced shipping costs (for abroad).

On the other hand, if it is a return due to dissatisfaction, and concerns an exchange, the shipping costs (outward and return of the items) are the responsibility of Tayrona Yoga. If it is an order error, they are the responsibility of the Customer.

Return costs are the responsibility of the Customer, unless D&G PARTNERS has delivered a Product that is damaged or different from the item ordered, or if the Customer did not benefit from free delivery upon initial delivery.

3. The Product must be returned in its original packaging and in its original condition, within one week.

That is to say: new (unopened, unused, unworn, unwashed) for hygiene reasons, accompanied by the return slip.

Yoga mats cannot be returned if they have been used for hygiene reasons. A photo of the mat may be requested.

If the item is not returned by the Customer within one week of receipt of the postage label, the return is considered cancelled and the Customer must keep the Product.

4. The returned Product will be refunded within a maximum of fifteen (15) days from its receipt , by crediting the amount to be refunded to the Customer's bank account via the payment method used when ordering.

The costs and risks associated with returning the product are the responsibility of the Customer.

If the Customer fails to comply with these conditions, in particular the return or exchange conditions, D&G PARTNERS will not be able to reimburse the Products concerned.
