Reimbursement conditions

From the delivery of the products, the customer has up to 30 days (withdrawal period) to exercise this guarantee, after which it expires.

We accept the return and exchange of unused products in their original packaging with labels and barcodes.

A photo of the products may be requested.

The products must be returned properly protected, in their original packaging, to the address indicated below, accompanied by the original sales invoice, of which the buyer will keep a copy.

On the packaging, next to the recipient's address, the return number that we have given you must appear in clearly legible characters.

The costs and risks associated with returning the product are the responsibility of the customer.

Under the Consumer Code, if you return your entire order.

Refund period

Upon receipt of the product in our logical platform. The refund will be made within 15 days on the means of payment used to validate the order during the purchase (CB or Paypal account). The transfer can take 48 hours between the time the order is given and the credit. It will be accompanied by an email informing you of the refund, sent to the email address provided when ordering.

In case of exchange

The request must be notified by Mail to Tayrona Yoga (contact@tayronalife.com), a return voucher will be sent provided that the product has not been used and is in its original packaging. Once the package is returned to the logistics platform, it will be exchanged or refunded. The delivery costs for returning a product (8.80 euros) are the responsibility of the customer.
