To discover the secret of Ayurveda medicine and know everything?
Many people wonder what Ayurveda is. Ayurveda is a whole. It is both an ancestral medicine, behaviors and practices like yoga and meditation. It is above all an art of living inspired by Hinduism.
Where does Ayurveda come from?
Ayurveda has its roots in Indian culture. Born more than 5000 years ago, Ayurveda finds its origin in the Samkhya philosophy and the " veda " books. This system of thought places the individual in his physical, emotional and psychic whole. This art of living aims to prevent all diseases by balancing the 3 doshas (which if translated, means "that which changes"). It teaches that every human being has 4 biological instincts which are of the spiritual, financial, reproductive, and freedom order. Life, on the other hand, is a trinity composed of a body, a mind and a spiritual consciousness. Today, this art of living allows more than tens of millions of people living in difficult conditions that have nothing to do with those of the West to have a life expectancy close to 70 years.
What is the secret of Ayurvedic medicine?
In fact, there is no miracle. In Ayurveda, as in herbal medicine, each plant is recognized as having particular virtues to nourish and heal. But the little extra is that they also have the ability to rebalance the 3 vital energies (doshas) in us. They have the power to either increase or decrease them. Which forms the balance.
Each individual is unique, it is a whole that is born with a potential and that makes its decisions: to smoke or not, to drink or not, to live in the city or the countryside, .... Ayurveda is based on these characteristics and determines a dominant dosha or doshas. With this knowledge and the Ayurvedic constitution of the individual, medicine will be able to draw from nature, the plants that will be suitable to rebalance the metabolism.
So all you have to do is determine what your doshas are!
Vata, Pitta, and Kapha are the 3 doshas or vital energies that make up the human being. Each doshas is the combination of "5 great elements" of which one is predominant.
