This cotton eye pad is filled with organic flax seeds and lavender. Lavender has a delicate scent with soothing and relaxing effects. When placed on the eyes, they exert a slight pressure which relaxes the muscles around the eyes, while blocking out light for better relaxation.
It can be used during Savasana or during meditation.
