This recipe is a promise of comfort!
For 4 people
In the kitchen: 20 min + 30 min cooking
- 250 g of zucchini
- 50g pitted dates
- 250g dark chocolate
- 90g of semi-wholemeal flour
- 10g baking powder
- 2 eggs
The preparation
Cut the zucchini and cook them in water. Meanwhile, mix the dates with a little water until you get a paste.
Melt the chocolate.
Once the zucchini is cooked, blend it.
Mix the dates, zucchini and chocolate. Add the flour and yeast, mix. Add the eggs and mix again.
Pour everything into a mold and bake for 30 minutes at 180°. Be careful, the cooking time may vary depending on the oven, to make sure the cake is cooked, dip a knife blade in; it should come out clean.
